Dr Lee believes in the importance of a patient-first approach to dental care. His primary concern is always the comfort and satisfaction of the patient. In addition to providing caring and comprehensive dentistry to his patients, he believes that patient education is of the utmost importance. He believes a patient should understand as much about their dental health as they can so that they can make an informed decision about their own teeth. As such, he enjoys and encourages discussion with his patients about their oral health status and spends as much time as the patient needs to understand their treatment options.
Dr Lee graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Following this, he spent one year on the Eastern Shore of Maryland completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. Dr Lee worked in a dental office for 5 years near Hagerstown, MD where he provided a wide variety of treatments to his patients including oral surgery, Invisalign and implant placement and restoration. Dr Lee is an avid student of dentistry, and he enjoys attending continuing education courses that help him provide more effective treatments for his patients.
Dr Lee is a resident of Frederick, having moved to the area following the completion of his residency. He enjoys exercising as much as he can and likes to take his dog, Lucy, on long walks and exploration trips in the surrounding area. He is an avid sports fan, and both watches and attends as many Capitals and Nationals games as he can.
